My grandmother is a patient of Conviva on port and my mother and I called several times to try to get her an appointment due to her having altered mental status/possible stroke. She was unable to call herself due to the mental issue she was having and because of some paper work they didn’t have they were unable to even help us help her or even set an appointment.
