MCCI on alameda is so disorganized I waited for an hour to see the new doctor, Dr. Barth and be still had people to see before me. I arrived on time at 3:20. I talked to the office manager an email s worthless. Needless to say it time to get a new doctor where one is not treated like cattle. I asked for my co pay and I hope it was returned to my account. Yes I will be filing with the BBB.
MCCI has scheduled appointments for me without my knowledge or consent. Sometime, the doctors office doesn't know anything about said appointment. Other times, they have scheduled an appointment that in effect, double books me. Other times I have gone to appointments where no one knew I was coming and there was no one to treat me. Then their suggestion is that I bear the time and expense of clearing up the mess they have created! Stay away from these guys.
