Had an appointment and like anyone else, Of course I plugged in the website address because i’m not familiar with base at all. just a spouse. When i get to the address, there’s a sign saying they moved. Nobody on the phone told me they were at a different location than what’s stated on their website. I called the front desk, Caroline, picked up. I explained my situation and asked if they would give a grace period so i can make it to my appointment since they’re located on main post and not AFB. it was already 11:50 she said ... read more
Do not go here for your optometry needs, ESPECIALLY if you are military. I don’t know how this business is approved to be contracted on a military facility. Customer service is poor and after three visits I still do not have my daughter’s prescription 😡! An extreme unnecessary waste of time and money! You are much better off going to an America’s Best, JCPenney or similar optometry clinic.
