McChord Physical Therapy is teaching me so much & is helping me heal my hip injury very quickly. I lift very heavy very often and never really focused on stability or considered my lifestyle involved constantly sitting down, which combined resulted in my hip injury. They definitely have magical healing powers & give you the knowledge to help prevent reinjury. I'm grateful for these guys.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for four days now trying to get my sons records sent over to his new doctor which they requested back in August and still have not sent them - which they said it was confirmed that they received the request & when I call and have to leave a message I get no call back. Never have I had such a hard time trying to get in touch with medical personnel.
The pharmacy staff here is consistently kind and thoughtful, even when they're overworked due to personnel shortages. Highly recommend the staff at the main pharmacy area. I also appreciate the Red Cross volunteers who work at the refill window - they could be doing anything with their time, but they CHOOSE to keep serving military families. 🙏🏻🫶🏻🌟
