We’ve been going to Dr. Amanda McCauley since we moved to Bothell in 2018 and she has been fantastic. Her whole team is professional, friendly, and very thorough. They always catch potential issues early and explain everything clearly, which has saved us from bigger problems more than once. Dr. McCauley is skilled, caring, and consistent. Easily one of the best dental experiences we’ve had in the area.
I have been a patient here for many years, on and off, and unfortunately, I need to share a recurring issue around insurance transparency and professionalism. I stopped coming last year after the practice dropped my Delta Dental insurance. I recently decided to give them another try because I now have dental insurance through Cigna.
