They fixed my ring promptly, fairly, and affordably with absolutely no hassle and kept the finest and absolute most wonderful customer service even though I showed up there like a sweaty rag and not dressed fittingly for a such a fine establishment as they are. They still treated me as though I was their best customer and there’s no other place I’d rather do business with or order or buy jewelry from.
