First experience with this company with a split system that wasn’t cooling. They first came out and discovered the two units were dir-ty!! Benny came out and worked diligently until they were clean and until they reached just the right temperature. Just in time, we’re expecting a heat wave next week. Thanks to all the technicians!
My home A/C wasn’t getting as cold as it should. So I called McCarver Mechanical to come and check it out. Technician was nice and knowledgeable. Took him maybe 30 minutes to figure out the problem. The capacitor was bad. Told me the part was $190.00 me not knowing how much they cost I said ok you can fix it. Big mistake after I signed for him to fix it. This is their second visit. The first was equally 5 star. In my experience, I've had too many misrepresentations with HVAC people over the years that I get anxious when I need them. But this company rewrote the experience. From the first phone call, to the moment the techs arrived, inspected then resolved the issue to the final billing moments , it was all positive.
