Was out of town a few days and my roommate said the AC wasn’t quite blowing cold. Called up and spoke with a technician, Erik K., who was able to come out within an hour of my call on a hot Sunday and get me all fixed up. Extremely polite and helpful with the issues he found and getting the work done quickly! Will definitely call McCarver again in the future!
One of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with I've been in business over 45 years and I can honestly tell you every one of their service guys that they've send their here is 100% professional understanding courteous super clean great company call no one else trust no one else you called them your problems are over I can't speak highly enough about him thank you guys appreciate the great service call you did here you guys are outstanding
I have had Chris McCarver's company for service for years. His employees are top notch, just as he is- professional, "know their stuff", are on-time, trust worthy, and they always provide great customer service.Also the pricing is good I've gotten a new furnace, air conditioner, and water tank and I have the company's yearly service plan. I highly recommend them to friends and family!
