Our Combi boiler went down, which left us without heat or domestic hot water. McCarver Mechanical was very responsive. They came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem. Ordered the part on Monday. Fixed the problem Tuesday morning. They communicate very well throughout the entire process.
They came out the same day to diagnose the problem and we’re able to get the parts sooner than actually expected and got her house back up and running with our heat and our hot water. I really appreciate their efficiency as well as their sense of urgency when it comes to these matters, especially during these cold winter months thank you for everything and we will always continue to use you whenever we need someone to correct our boiler problems
