I love McCarver so much! I was actually referred to them some years ago as I was new in the area and had no idea of who to call. Great experience! Got a quote last summer and then asked for an update. They provided the info quickly and were able to install a new Fujitsu split unit within a day. Not that I needed it that quickly but the responsiveness was GREAT! Robert the installer was very professional along with the other staff who worked with him. Very happy we used McCarver!!
This was the 2nd time I hired them for a required Madison Heights rental furnace inspection. Garrett Cross came out. He was on time, called when on his way. He was very professional and thorough, answered my questions too. Price was good, would use them again.

In May 2020, they installed a hot water tank before I owned the property. In 2023, I noticed a minor leak with some corrosion at the top of the water heater. A plumber from a different company inspected it and it was decided to monitor the situation rather than immediate repair. Recently, the leak has worsened. Additionally, I discovered a small leak on another valve. Since these issues appear to be related to the installation, the warranty on the water heater itself does not apply.
