I had a very good experience dealing with Garnet at McCarty Squared. Very knowledgable in construction management and navigating an insurance claim. He helped us avoid getting short changed by the insurance company which allowed us to rebuild our. I would recommend hiring McCarty squared for any construction projects especially ones that involve insurance claims.
I needed a rather urgent bathroom repair on my rental property and McCarty Squared took care of it right away. No long waits. Garnet walked me through every detail to make sure I understood what’s being done. My tenant is happy and so am I!
I was in a very difficult personal situation and I needed a shower added in our main floor laundry room as soon as possible. Garnet was able to respond with his crew the next working day and they installed a new shower by the end of the week as promised. His crew went above and beyond to get it done. Job was completed in the following weeks. Great work!
These guys are an absolute joke. First - they schedule an appointment for a contractor to come spec out my place and don’t even let me know about it (I live 73 kms from where the project is being requested). Second - they scope out the work and tell me that they’ll match my budget. After three whole weeks of stringing me along, they give me a quote of $1,15,000 for a basic 1 bedroom + Den & 2 washrooms finished basement that’s less than 650 square feet.
