RecommendedIt’s been a great home for us! They are working on making the place nicer looking and the updates to the units are amazing for the price! Lisa is helpful and has been really good about taking care of issues and maintenance has been awesome! A great home until we get a house!

They lie to keep people’s deposit. My son left his apartment clean other than the stove. They are keeping the entire deposit stating that the apartment needed painted, stove cleaned and carpet cleaned. She stated that the contract stated they paint every time someone leaves. I read the contract it stated if you smoked they would have to paint. He isn’t a smoker! I understand the charge for the oven maybe but the other stuff was wrong. He lived there a year. Don’t expect a deposit back.
