I had a terrible experience with this firm. If they say you owe money, you better just pay it. They don't listen, don't care, don't return calls and could not provide support on why or how my HOA dues became delinquent. Instead I just got a new bill once a month with an increase in legal fees.
Horrible company and I have had a very bad experience with them before and I have to do with them again now.
Mac has been our preferred law firm handling numerous real estate and HOA matters in a professional, timely and knowlegable manner. I feel they provided great value to our endevours and has been a great asset.
we had very negative experiences and issues with peter focks in the past, we felt like he overcharged the HOA and there was contradictory statements regarding where the fees where coming from. I would advise to search for better options
