Charles came by days after one of our March nor'easter storms and gave us a price to remove the downed limbs and branches and trim our hanging limbs. We had a lot down and we felt his price was good. The problem arose when we thought our town would be picking up the tree debris and allowed him to pile everything in the front of our home.
