I want to start off by saying that the initial experience of meeting Roger was great. He was very friendly and offered great advice on how he thought we should take care of our lawn, so I'm a bit upset that I have to write this review. It has been almost a full month since the initial visit from Roger and I have not heard a single word from anyone at McCarthy's despite leaving numerous voicemails, and follow-up emails.
