I'd give them a ZERO if I could. Their lawyer Jeffrey W. Stickle dragged my Disability case out for 3 years and always had an excuse and then LEFT this firm (McCarthy Wilson) with NO notification to me, his client! Turns out he waited so long, he had missed the appeal deadline! WORST Lawyer EVER!!!! RUN!!!!
Stay away. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
For the past 7 years I have been working with Attorney Will Inman on my worker’s compensation case. We just settled July 29, 2025 and I have appreciated his patience, honesty and willingness to always put other things aside (even vacation time) to address needs relating to my case.
