Nice place to visit ,good selection of cars,nice helpful sales staff
Have not been through service yet. But I was grateful for leasing my first 4wd, but not with blindsided with saying they will take our 2 year old 2wd with only 10,000 miles on and paying it off they did, but they paid off only 15,000 of the 20,000 owed then slapped 5,000 onto the new lease .all I'm saying was watch out before signing the paperwork .they got me when I got the 22 2wd and trading it in . Think I learned an expensive lesson .
Writing this review about 1.5 years after my experience as my knowledge of the deceptive service they gave me grew. I came to mccarthy during a coast to coast road trip as my newly (used) 4runners check engine light popped on for an 02 sensor. As a naive new car owner I ran to the nearest dealer with the best reviews. They confirmed an 02 sensor needed replacement, and I decided to tack on a coolant change as well. I recently bought a car here and they gave me a really good deal. I went through Dakota Shepard and he helped me out a lot. I'm definitely going to him next time as well.
