Dropped my car off 10 minutes early for an 11 am scheduled appointment. Explained that instead of sitting in the waiting room I was going to go walking. When I returned an hour later, the car had not even been taken into the bay. The guy who checked me in said the tech was running behind, which he absolutely had to have known at the time I dropped it off, but didn’t tell me.
