Went in for an alignment and tire rotation. $80 later and my car still pulls to the right and the car rides worse than it did before I took it in. Avoid this place.
RecommendedExcellent experience - quick, friendly and efficient service. We were vacationers driving on Rt. 15 when we ran into some car trouble. The employees at McCarthys were extremely empathetic to our circumstances and considerate of the time and distance we had yet to travel. Despite our unexpected arrival, they fit us in promptly and had the issue cleared up in no time. It's a comfort to know that there are still businesses out there that aren't just in it for a profit, but strive to help people with sincerity and compassion. :)
Many thanks to the kind gentlemen at McCarthy Tire Service! After a long drive from NJ with only 20 minutes left to my destination, my tire was losing air fast! These kind men took my car in right away, pulled out 2 nails and patched it up quickly! They were so very kind and courteous and I truly appreciate their help.
We met an angel on the road. It was one of your very own employees. His name was Mike. He definitely went above and beyond to help my family and dogs. Definitely the kindest gentleman with a genuine care for others. I can not speak highly enough about him. The employees are what make a great business. He is very honest. I highly recommend this place to go to for any work you may need. Thank you so much Mike for going above and beyond. It is truly appreciated more than you will ever know.

My car has been sitting there since Monday night I understand Monday was a holiday so they said they would schedule appointment for 230 Thursday here it is Friday and they still have not got my car in. I have my loan through brenners I called corporate office like I was told to do but he said this happens a lot. I guess they couldn't care less about there customers 2011 ford fusion
