I haven’t been to the shop, but your auto shop mechanic Jimmy was a savior for me. My car overheated and I couldn’t move. Jimmy pushed me to the nearest gas station and helped cool the engine off with me. Waited for me to make sure I had a ride and explained the issue. You have a stand up guy working for you all.

This place is trash. I put my car in for service on Thursday and advised that I will pick up Friday and 2 of the technicians confirmed Friday would be a good pick up day NO ONE IS WORKING FRIDAY. ALL ONLINE SHOWS FRODAY WORK HOURS AS 7-4PM. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. JUST LIKE OTHER COMMENTS BELOW THESE GUYS GOT VALUE CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WORK HOURS THEY OPERATE!
I would like to advise against considering McCarthy Tire Services for any automobile-related needs. Unfortunately, my previous experience with them was quite disappointing. Initially, they provided me with a quote of $5000 to replace the engine in my Ford Edge Limited. However, upon completion of the job, I was charged $5500 instead.
