I was traveling through Mackay when I visited the workshop as my Tesla had been damaged on my trip. I was greeted by Andrea who was nothing but extremely helpful and pleasant. She immediately got one of her mechanics to look at my car, while I was anxiously waiting the verdict to see if I could drive it the rest of the way home. Andrea gave me a comfortable chair and some warm conversation, to take my mind off my current dilemma while my car was being fixed up so I was able to safely finish my trip home. First impressions of buisness on day of quote ,was good. Was told i would have the quote within 14 days. 9 weeks later and multiple phone calls to them I still have no quote to repair ding in tailgate of ute. I'm guessing the lead time on repair will blow out similar to quote. No thanks!! Thanks for wasting my time.
Worst company ever to deal with! STOLE $110 to get a quote done on my car but NEVER RECEIVED THE QUOTE! only company to charge for a quote! Tried making contact a few times and was just brushed off with excuses and promises that the quote was coming......never received it and its months later! Disgraceful, theiving company.....STAY CLEAR!
