Horrible customer service. The first lock repair wasn't screwed in properly and the guy that serviced the repair showed me pictures and explained that the missing screw caused the lock to unthread after just 2 years. He was super nice. Even the invoice reflects the missing screw issue. I requested a discount since the first time the company repaired the lock they didn't install it properly. I given an personal story from their employee who basically told me to shut up, hand over my credit card and be grateful.
