Service awful had shop rag left in my exhaust pipe which gave me carbon monoxide poisoning and bad headaches
I bought a car 11/11/22 by the first week of Jan it over heated/died on me. The car I purchased was at the dealerships service department for almost 2 months. I barely got the car supposedly fix from all the issues 2/28/23 & 3/1/23 its already acting funny. THIS DEALERSHIP BOUGHT ******* HONDA THAT WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH!V AFTER BUYING THREE CARS IN THREE YEARS THEY NOW ARE REFUSING TO RETURN MY UNUSED WARRANTY MONEY. THEY OWE ME BETWEEN **** AND **** DOLLARS! I AM HAVING TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE TO GET MY MONEY, AS THEY REFUSE TO EVEN TALK TO ME NOW. I HAVE NOT BEEN RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL IN ANY WAY TO MAKE THEM BEHAVE LIKE THIS. BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AS WELL AS THEY HAVE THIS 82 YEARS OLD GREAT- GRAND MOTHER!
This dealership has seriously gone downhill since it was sold to McCarthy. I've overheard several employees saying that as well.They have tried to overcharge my wife on two different occasions for unnecessary work. There are several Honda dealerships in town. I'd take my business elsewhere.
