We couldn't be more grateful for this company! Our furnace ended up backfiring and we were in need of a new furnace. We called place after place and no one was able to help or give us a decent price. McCarthys was the only company that could help us within days. They are very reasonably priced and very professional. They not only gave us a warm home again but they made us feel safe. would absolutely recommend McCarthy Oil! Yesterday we had to deal with a very stressful process that literally consumed our day. As we were headed home our kids called to say we had no oil and seeing as how it was near closing time I quickly called to see if there any chance that they could help us. Kelly was amazing! Customer service is always on point. You will always get a family member on the other side of the phone.
Called for a fill, the receptionist stated that they will not deliver to us anymore because we have a steep driveway. Paid cash before, tipped the driver - no mention of our driveway being an issue then, of course. Seems strange.
I switched from another oil company to McArthy Oil about 2 years ago as I will note the service was good until we started to struggle financially Even with their oil prices slightly above market I was willing th of support a local company.
