Years later and a new house I used McCarthy Services. They arrived for my general maintenance and found my AC unit was not working. This was Monday, March 11, 2019. They determined it was my reversal valve and provided an estimate of $2,100 for the fix or a new unit. Since the unit is quite old, it was logical to just upgrade the whole system. Randall was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He methodically diagnosed the issues with my shower then made sure it was completely working before leaving. He knew the answers to all of my questions and patiently answered them. He was VERY helpful and complete with his repairs. I hope to get Randall for my next plumbing needs.
One of the air conditioning units on my rental townhouse failed one hot summer day. I called McCarthy Services and they responded quickly to evaluate the situation. The next morning, both the compressor and air handling unit were replaced at a very competitive price, matching the offer of an independent service provider with little overhead. And the technicians were very professional and polite.
This company is the best! I formerly worked with a property management company and we went through many service companies until we found McCarthy. They are knowledgeable, precise and very professional. I personally have had a yearly contract with McCarthy for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend them enough for all your home needs. Andy H. is the 'go to' guy for electrical work.
