McCarthy was assigned to me through my insurance for water clean up in our kitchen/garage/crawl space from a leak. Their team was excellent to work with from beginning to end. Great beginning. After multiple contact efforts we finally got an idea of “the plan”. After 3 weeks someone came in and successfully did water damage demo. Then it went from bad to worse. We waited 3 months without the one bathroom and no laundry. We had to go to a laundromat. Why? Because they hadn’t gotten paid by the insurance yet. Apparently, they did the work of tearing out the damage without getting an ok from the insurance company To top it off, they reneged on the contract and quit.
