This was my first visit with McCarthy Dental. Very thorough exam. All procedures needed were explained in detail. Staff were very friendly and courteous
Dr. Boles, and all the people who work in her office are amazing, especially hygienist, Taylor, who goes out of her way to explain what she’s doing and why and to be thorough in her assessments. Dr. Boles, has acquired all the most recent technology to make your dental visit as thorough and pain- free as possible. Customer service is stellar from receptionists to the doctors to the billing department making each person feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend this dental practice.
This was the single most pleasant dental appointment I've ever had! There were so many personal touches that the whole experience was quite enjoyable, making me forget why I don't like going to the dentist! From the first contact with the super sweet receptionist to the thoughtful new patient gift as I left, they went above and beyond. Every person I met with was so nice and personable.
