It was nice to walk in and see the girls smiling and so nice . CiCi welcomed me with a great smile and very friendly . Heather( she was also very nice) took me to the back and I was looked over and X-rayed . Dr Thompson came in and was also very nice . Got an appointment right away because I needed a tooth removed . Everyone was very professional and smiles . Very comforting.
Just amazing! I had an emergency issue on a day I was to travel to Maryland. They scheduled me for a 3 pm appointment and almost immediately called me back because they had a cancellation. My issue was my dental bridge. They went out of their way to get me in and supply me with a temporary bridge so that I could make it to my grandson’s graduation. Many, many thanks to the staff. Everyone was so nice and concerned.
I recently moved to New Bern and had broken two molars on the long weekend in May. I was in significant discomfort to say the least. Not having a dentist there already, I was able to make an emergency appointment at McCarthy Dental and was seen the same day just two-hours later! I can truthfully say the staff complete from reception, to hygienist, to the Dr., to billing were all caring, pleasant, accommodating, and communicative from start to finish.
