Shady unprofessional policies, stuck with doubled appraisal fees since thanks to this company’s mystery “internal policies” I now have to complete separate back to back appraisals to complete refi process since they refuse to allow transfer of appraisal to use with our second bank, despite the banks being ok with it. Do not recommend unless you want to waste lots of time and money.
