Worst company ever, never answers they're phone and never does their job. I recently got them as my agent and cant believe the lack of service i am getting. Anytime I need a vehicle added or insurance certificate made they take forever to do it because they ignore phone calls and emails. If you have a chance just choose a different agent.
Very disappointed at the end. I don't know what changed. They used to be awesome. I got a good price and excellent service for commercial liability. Lately when I need help, there is nobody to talk to. Their phone system is a mess. Have they even called it themselves? It's designed to send you away in frustration. I tried several times to call in, make sure everything was cool with my policy and pay my bill over the phone. I could not get anyone to answer the phone.
