Ed McCarthy has always made himself very available to us…even on weekends when necessary to prepare for our case. The entire office staff, secretary and paralegal, are very kind and helpful. We were very pleased with the service received and the outcome of our case.
I would not hire this firm to defend me in a jaywalking case. If you need someone with courage and a backbone to be on your side, look elsewhere. The attorney on the other side of the case even said I was correct in my claims, but this firm refused to engage. He refused to read my emails because (like Dr. Fauci) said they were too long, despite the fact that I had given him a $1,000 retainer.
