"I came across McCarter Moorehouse LLC on Houzz while gathering ideas for a new build. I was reminded of my experience working with them in 2019, where initial pricing changed after we had already committed financially. Despite paying a deposit to start the process, unexpected cost changes led us to walk away from the project. A significant portion of our deposit was retained by the company, which was disappointing. I recommend researching thoroughly before committing to ensure expectations align."
