First visit was great, second visit not so great, appointment time was 1:45 and waited to be taken back way past appointment time. Front desk are extremely rude and are lazy. Asked the receptionist if she could go see how long it would be until we were taken back and she sat there with a blank stare to her face like she didn’t know what I was asking her and than responded with no.
I called front Desk about a question and before I could get my question out half way through they hung up on me when I was talking .
The front desk is very disrespectful and useless to patients.The is the worst clinic to go to for medical preventative care. Including a staff member named April M. I highly do not recommend this facility.
They dont care about the patients...ladies at the front desk EXTREMELY RACIST...
