Recently moved into one of the rentals and the home is BEAUTIFUL! The area manager Qua, responds super fast to any and all questions. The neighborhood is quit, and close to shopping/ grocery stores. 10/10 i would highly recommend this area.
Do not buy Dr Horton. I bought in Loganville they put my wood flooring on a high moisture content sub floor. Causing the floor to fail. They are refusing to replace the floor or give us a call back. Look for a better builder.
