Been here almost two years rarely have any issues except lots of homeless people in the winter time and people dont always pull the doors closed all the way otherwise their maintenance is Very efficient and fixed my problem next day! Maintenance man is very nice and professional. Affordable and quiet.
Issues were fixed right away. No complaints.
Wish we could transfer our lease to a different floor and not go through the process of reapplying and paying fees. I been here almost 4 years. No problems. My daughter is older now and I’m on the 3rd floor it’s hard to quiet her from jumping and running. Other than that I have no complaints about this place.
