Wish we could transfer our lease to a different floor and not go through the process of reapplying and paying fees. I been here almost 4 years. No problems. My daughter is older now and I’m on the 3rd floor it’s hard to quiet her from jumping and running. Other than that I have no complaints about this place.
Smooth move in experience, helpful property management & maintenance staff got me replacement key quickly when it didn’t work initially
