This company replaced my unit, we decided to upsize the unit so they had to replace all the duct and make the registers larger. 3 years later the unit still works fine but ALL the duct is so shoddy its falling to pieces. They had no idea what they were doing, not a single screw holding taps on or at connections its ALL taped and poorly at that. They have runs of flex over 12ft in easy to reach areas. In a world where contractors expect thanks and high praise for just showing up, its a pleasant surprise to find one who stands behind their work.
We noticed at about 5pm on Thursday 12/22/22, as the ice storm was on its way, that our heating system was not working. McCarroll was the first to answer my call and were able to send a service tech out that evening. Tech was able to get me running that evening and needed repairs were promptly made the next week. (Follow up communication was made over the holiday weekend to make sure my unit was continuing to function.)
