Great experience working with Mike McCarroll and his team coming up with a design for heating and cooling a patio and bringing it to fruition. Well done!
This company replaced my unit, we decided to upsize the unit so they had to replace all the duct and make the registers larger. 3 years later the unit still works fine but ALL the duct is so shoddy its falling to pieces. They had no idea what they were doing, not a single screw holding taps on or at connections its ALL taped and poorly at that. They have runs of flex over 12ft in easy to reach areas.
