We have used Dr. Christie for years and love her and the staff.
Found this dentist on the web and read everything i could. She sounded great. My child liked the staff and looked forward to her appointments. We had 3-4 visits. Then the day before my child's last scheduled appointment, i get a text message from the office saying that they no longer accept my insurance. It's Blue Cross Blue Shield, which they accept according to the website, and happily accepted for the previous appointments so that's odd. Wonderful experiences with Dr. McCarley and her staff. Dr. McCarley is excellent with children, thorough, and explains things well. Her staff is very kind and helpful, and the office is set up for young children (eg: YouTube videos can play on tv’s in the exam rooms). The staff are excellent at explaining dental co-payments, benefits. Parking is ample and the office is located right next to a pharmacy for quick prescription fills. Highly recommend!
They are super sweet and patient with the kids. And very thorough. The front desk ladies are very helpful. Everything is clean and well taken care of. TV's are on the ceiling for the kids to watch a movie during the cleaning. There are lots of fun prizes. My kids are actually excited about going.
