Absolutely awesome service once again! I called McCardle Culligan yesterday as a part of my research into stopping the leaching of my hair dye by the well water. RecommendedAbsolutely the BEST service I’ve ever received from any company. I had an issue with my water softener (btw- not a Culligan brand) and Joe came to my home - despite it being a Sunday - and resolved the issue. He also patiently explained what had gone wrong and made operating suggestions. He made my weekend. Thank you Joe - you and Culligan will always have my business.

Their customer service is amazing. All my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner.
They deliver when they say they're going to and clean up the bags. I love that I don't have to schlep those heavy bags around. And I think they're reasonably priced. I've used them for about two years, and they have been consistently excellent!
