RecommendedTed McCann is a wonderful massage therapist! I went in for a sports massage in the hopes of preventing injuries while I train for a triathlon. Not only did the massage work all my problem areas, but Ted let me know what specific muscles I should focus my foam roll efforts on between massage sessions. He's knowledgeable, easy going, and very professional. I'll definitely be back.

Ted McCann is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. As a 911 dispatcher for 34 years the tension in my neck and upper back was intense and Ted is the only therapist that could keep me going all those years. I have followed him around the metro area for 16 years. Well worth the drive, where ever he is.
