We had our front and back doors replaced by McCann\. The installation itself went well, and initially, we thought everything had been taken care of\. Unfortunately, the problems started after the installation was completed\. We began receiving letters from our local permitting office stating that McCann had not completed the required paperwork, paid the permit fees, or responded to requests for additional information regarding the work being done\. After receiving the third and final notice, I called McCann\. I was told they... read more
Update 9/2/26.....Soon after posting this review I did receive an email notifying me that the Warranty claim was approved and door will be replaced. It estimated to be a 4 -6 week lead time. So will update again once we go through the replacement process... What another great experience with McCann Windows & Exteriors. After 30 years (McCann did our previous window replacement), it was time to replace windows and take advantage of the latest in window technology improvements, too. The pricing was competitive, the windows are fab (and arrived quickly!), and the installation team was incredible -- on time, great communicators, quality install, cleaned up everything, & demonstrated how to use new windows. Terrific warranty on windows and installation to boot. Thank you!

They cleaned the house when it was completed and even used a blower on the driveway so as not to run over a nail or screw left behind. They caulked inside and out and even offered to help me move my furniture back in its original place. I would certainly give them a ... read more
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and consistent over past 20 years! I first used McCann Windows on my old house in 2005. Kevin is amazing and honest. This isn't the cheap window company, it is a quality window company that is affordable. We moved to a new house in 2012 and had McCann Windows replace the windows. My kid's room had custom curved windows that were super expensive. Kevin suggested I go with regular rectangular windows instead (which is unheard of, a salesperson suggesting I go with a cheaper option?!). Their installers are... read more
