Igor, my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. The followup with the McCann staff was exceptional, responded to me in a timely manner, and really nice people. Great experience working with Michelle and Jim from McCann to quickly schedule and conduct an onsite visit to provide a storm door replacement quote. Both were very friendly and professional. Jim walked me through the available options, answered all of my questions, and provided follow-up right away. Thank you!
Jim Fisher came to evaluate a potential project related to a broken floor to ceiling patio window. Replacing a set of 3 connected patio windows would’ve cost us about $8-10k. Instead, Jim recommended we call a few glass providers, gave us measurements and instructions, provided the names of providers, and told us going that route would be about 1/10th the cost. We’re lucky we called him!
Someone came out to measure and provide a quote, but after apologizing for a delay I never heard from them again despite me sending a follow up.
