Rented from him before and loved it me and my wife would love to rent from him again
Communication skills aren't all the way there for them !
Called to inquire about a rental, I told him I was moving June 1st. He told me to call 2 weeks before, I told him 2 weeks was a very small amount of time to be counting on maybe having a place. He hung up on me after being very rude. Also read some thing on the ask midland Facebook page about him being a slumlord.
