We needed Sean to do two small things that were a little outside his routine jobs. He was prompt, saw exactly what needed to be done, and took care of both things for us for very reasonable charges. He has great mechanical skills and a great personality too! We will use his services again, and we recommend him highly if you need HVAC services.

Sean McCann has been to our house many times. Always prompt, always friendly, always knows exactly how to help. He has repaired our Rinnai boiler, our Rheem on demand hot water system, and our water softener. He has decades of experience and an obvious love for the work. We truly appreciate the time he takes to explain what needs fixing, assessing the cost, and making a plan. And he always says, "I guarantee my work, so call me if anything goes wrong." Couldn't ask for more.
New to the area and needed a new Furnace along with a ductless split for heating upstairs and was very impressed. Sean is very good at what he does, extremely professional and his experience shows. Will absolutely hire him again for other jobs!
