Unrealistic expectations have been set by Michael Minuti and his assistant Ashley, and lack of effective communication. Will screen your calls and tell you to call back at a later time to receive no answer. Will provide conflicting information and continue to screen calls. I’m not sure if 40% is the new standard but from my few recent experiences most attorneys take 33% and provide more information and reassurance throughout the process. My lawyer was Mr Dillon (Tim Dillon) my suit went on for 3 years and let me say this man never gave up and he told me from the beginning that he will fight tooth and nail and get me every dollar that I deserve and let me say Mr Dillon did exactly what he said he was gonna do..But put that aside Mr Dillon took good care of me along with his side kick Mrs Mary she is just as amazing.
