This was the worst business experience I ever had in my life. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom at first and the service went downhill after that. Even the family member who is an owner told me that he didn't know me from a hole in a wall. The arrogance of that! Please do not use the unprofessional organization!
Randall Godinez went above and beyond, he let me know exactly what was going on with my truck and kept me in the loop till it was fixed. Randall is a great person to have in the Service Department. McCandless have a team that has been top tier.
