I contracted to have the landscaping at my new home completed by Mccammons in 2021. I ordered 9 Magic Carpet Spirea plants at $39/each. These are nice blooming ground cover plants. They brought a less expensive unattractive plant and planted around my home. After the plants had a chance to mature and I can see they are clearly not what I ordered or payed for, I called them to ask if they would give my the correct plants for me to plant. The True Owner of this Place is Gerald (Garry) Ward.. He put the business in his newest wife's name because he legally cannot have a business.. He went to Prision in Ohio on Federal charges for Tax Evasion and Fraud. He Treats his employees like crap..Not to mention ripping customers off.. Do Your Background checks on this guy.. Once a Crimminal Always a Crimminal!!
I bought a tree in the fall and they told me it had a 1 year guarantee. 7 months later it died and now they say it wasn’t guaranteed because the tree was bought in the fall and they don’t guarantee trees bought in the fall . I was not told that when I bought it .
I drove 30 minutes to get a Christmas tree. Your Facebook page and Voicemail state that your open till 8pm. I was here at 7:06pm and you were closed.
The lady who helped us pick out a tree on May 8, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff inside was also very nice when we paid and scheduled our delivery. We had a hard freeze that Mother’s Day weekend and when they brought the tree on Monday the tree did not look healthy at all. We gave it about six weeks, then went in with pictures and videos of the tree. We were told to send to the horticulturist and given his phone number. McCammon's landscaped our backyard, and it is gorgeous!!! We are so happy with their work. Kelly planned the redo, checked it with us, and her landscape team spent the whole day working hard. There were no problems, no loafing, and little was done without asking us about issues that came up unexpectedly. The workers were so nice and polite and played nice music as they worked. I recommend this nursery highly. Kudos to all of them!

They do not honor the warranty as you cannot get their horticulturist to return your calls to analyze your issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
