I appreciate that the clinic and Dr. Dada tried to reach out to me regarding the faxes for prescription renewal but I was unable to take the call as I was at work. Sometimes randomly Dr. Dada will not fill pharmacy requests for unchanged prescriptions that he has prescribed me for a number of years, even when some are past due. If I cannot get an emergency dosage then I will have to spend many hours waiting at the hospital in the evening. This takes up valuable time of staff that are already over worked. I was accepted as a patient of Dr. Dada in September of 2023. He has been attentive, helpful, and one of the best doctors I have had in Abbotsford since I moved here 25 years ago. I was recently diagnosed with several medical conditions and he has been right on top of them with medications, lab tests, and follow up appointments. Today I was in his office and mentioned that the arthritis in my knee is causing me a lot of pain when walking. Dr. Dada is rude and arrogant, very quick and doesn’t welcome questions or and input from the patient. Would not recommend. The receptionists are also rude and will put you on hold for extended periods and hang up abruptly.
