I was struggling with my sunroom mini-split not cooling properly. One call- that’s all and WOW; Jacob had the issue resolved. He, as usual, showed total professional and had the unit running beautifully upon my return home. These guys are legit! Thank you for the great job.
Phenomenal service from the receptionist/scheduler to the technician. Called two other companies who could not get me in for a week. Mccalls was at my house within 12 hrs, accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the issue the same day for a reasonable price. I appreciate how kind and accommodating every employee was that I spoke to. They are now my PCP for all things HVAC.
As always McCall’s was prompt professional, and educational, regarding a mid heat wave ac emergency. 10 out of 10 same day service fixed within 15 minutes.
