Having seen numerous therapists over the years since childhood I can confidently say that LaKenya is the best I've had the opportunity to work with. She isn't afraid to directly confront you on issues when needed but also has the professionalism and tact to handle delicate situations. I’ve been attending therapy with her for a while now, and she has helped me navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and work through negative thought patterns with patience and compassion. I have been seeing LaKenya for over a year, individually but also for couples counseling. If you are looking for someone to help you understand yourself, how you respond to the world, and how you manage any relationships you have- LaKenya is amazing. Not only does she provide a safe space for raw feelings, she helps me understand them. I have recommended LaKenya to people I love, and I can’t imagine any bigger testimonial than that.
Therapist Rayan was good. The way the office is run is terrible. They don’t care. Check to make sure they take your health insurance. Let my therapist know, Rayan, never contacted me.
