We worked with Milissa Sprecher for over a year to find the perfect Sanibel investment condo. Milissa was always helpful, professional and patient. I entered my email and phone number in order to see a property my friend mentioned. This was a month ago. I have gotten NO LESS than 10 emails 12 phone calls and texts. I blocked their number and they called me from another. It is completely obnoxious. Do many people who want to by a 5 million dollar house wait around to be called and asked??

In-depth knowledge of SWFL area and neighborhoods, and super responsive and patient when home shopping - giving invaluable perspectives on various aspects of the homes you look at.
