Professional and Timely – Perfectly smooth closing.
Horrible....again – Please beg your real estate agent not to use this law firm. I've been forced to use this firm (and it's partner Prommis Solutions) numerous times for real estate closings. It holds a large part of the market captive in relation to REO/bank owned properties, Fannie Mae properties, foreclosures, etc. You really don't have a choice when buying these types of properties and, from their customer service, this law firm knows you don't have a choice. Terrible!!!! – Do not use this firm to close on a property! They will not get the proper documents to your lender on time and they WILL delay your closing! Terrible firm!!! DO NOT USE!
Horriffic experience- avoid at all cost – had a horrific experience with this firm. Did not provide HUD statement or closing costs until a couple hours before closing. After signing the paperwork, the atty said she would be right back to complete the transaction, however, she left us in a conference room for an hour and NEVER came back. It is a secure building, we tried to leave but the alarms sounded when we tried to open the door (wouldn't unlock). Avoid if possible – I totally agree with the previous reviewer - this company has no interest in customer service. No one answers phone calls. Although I have gotten one person to answer emails, she did not have the answers I needed. As I write this I am less than four hours away from closing and they have not contacted me with pertinent info. I still have not received my HUD so I have no idea what funds I need to produce. Worst customer service EVER!! – This attorneys office has the worst customer service of any office I've ever work with!! No one returns phone calls or emails. I left four messages over a two day period trying to find out the status of my closing and STILL no call back. When I call the front desk to find out if they could patch me to a pre closer she said "she's too busy to talk to you!" I WOULD NEVER CLOSE ON A HOME HERE!!!!
