Technician James decided not to continue to spray spider heavy areas of concern. Said McMall wanted to triple my monthly rate because of 6 extra calls to the house through the year to handle that extra 15-20 minutes of work. Of course I cancelled. Only took a couple hours to find a reasonable pest control willing to take care of the dock area with the proper spray for water areas.

Lenny spent time listening to our concerns regarding environmental and health issues relating to the products available to McCall Pest Control. Also , the various locations requiring differing products and concentrations. Without hesitation Lenny grabbed his hand pump container to create a tighter spray inside our lanai, thus preventing overspray. Whatever he is paid it is not enough.
