Did not receive a text or voice mail letting me know David was coming
Atiim and Desmond were absolutely wonderful. They came in and reinspected every area, explained our problem thoroughly, answered all our questions with great knowledge, and proceeded with the extermination of our bed bug issue. They left their phone numbers for us to contact if we notice any bugs before the 2 week follow up inspection. They were both knowledgeable and very professional. We feel confident our bug problem will be resolved.
