Moved out and they said they were only refunding $50 of the whole deposit. Paid to have the carpets cleaned with the receipt, filled the holes in the walls (which they said we apparently didn't need to do until the move out inspection. Little late to let me know that). We left the unit in as great of a condition as possible with living there for 3 years, no kids, no dogs. Just cheapskates all around, would not recommend.

This is a decent enough condominium to live in. The condos are open, nice kitchen tops, amenities such as a common area to host gatherings, a gym and dog run. The bathrooms have wood flooring which is odd so definitely a minus as there is always a risk of water getting on to the floor and bubbling up under the wood. Some other negatives include snow removal which happens once a day during snow falls. Other complexes near by seem to get snow removal services twice per day.
