Great service department. Superior customer service!! I dropped my car off for A/C problem, they were scheduling for two weeks out but said if I left it they would get to me sooner if time. I had my car back within 24 hours. They fixed my A/C, changed the oil and washed it. They also found a power steering leak and fixed it. James was very friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time.
Truly exceptional sales experience from becoming to end with Mccaddon. Joe, my sales professional, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. Everyone in the facility from finance to service, from management to the owner (yes, I even met the owner) were professional, welcoming and a joy to work with. They truly earned my business and I would recommend that you give them a chance to earn yours!
I had the best car buying experience here. I've been a long time Mercedes driver and wanted the new XT5. I had been to 2 other Cadillac dealerships in Denver and didn't have great experiences. Everything from putting in my custom order to the financing dept. was painless and quick. They had me send financial information ahead of time so delivering the car was fast. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I the market for a new Caddy! I LOVE my new SUV!
We just picked up a new Cadillac Escalade Platinum on Saturday. I was impressed with Josh Dellemonache, a sales manager and Jovany Hidrogo, our salesman. We were vacationing in CO when our defroster stopped working. Stopped to see if we could get it looked at and fixed. They has us in and out in 2.5 hours with a working defroster (very important when it is snowing)!! The service team was incredibly friendly and kept us informed of the progress. Thank you!
