Tried for almost a year to get them over to give a quote on carpet for a large stairway. Twice they didn’t show up even after we purchased some vinyl flooring we installed in another area ourselves. After the last time they didn’t show , we went in and the sales guy said they’re too busy for “ small jobs” and to try elsewhere . Hard to support local with that kind of horrible customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could
